Add gvfs-smb so GNOME Files (Nautilus) can handle smb:// URIs. (#1327)

* add gvfs-smb to packages

gvfs-smb and its dependencies (smbclient, samba, and cifs-utils) afford access to Samba servers in Nautilus/Files.

* Add migration
